Bitter summer herbs for a relaxing time: mugwort from my garden and  wild yarrow picked on Quebec mountains. Colloidal oatmeal and whole milk added for the skin nourishment and healing.

Mugwort is most well-known for its antibacterial, antifungal, and anti-inflammatory properties. Itt soothes, heals, and nourishes the skin, helping treat redness, psoriasis, and other skin sensitivities. Mugwort is also packed with antioxidants and vitamin E that help protect and nourish the skin barrier.

Yarrow's most ancient use is in healing the skin. Yarrow has antimicrobial and pain relieving traits and is wonderful for soothing skin that is prone to irritations. It is also deeply nourishing and restorative. It aids in healing broken capillaries and is ideal for sensitive skin as well as problematic skin.

Colloidal oatmeal has been used for centuries to soothe dry, itchy skin. Its content of unique antioxidant and anti-inflammatory plant chemicals called avenanthramides boost both skin and overall health
