Bitter summer herbs for a relaxing time: mugwort from my garden and wild yarrow picked on Quebec mountains. Colloidal oatmeal and whole milk added for the skin nourishment and healing.

It is also deeply nourishing and restorative. It aids in healing broken capillaries and is ideal for sensitive skin as well as problematic skin.
Colloidal oatmeal has been used for centuries to soothe dry, itchy skin. Its content of unique antioxidant and anti-inflammatory plant chemicals called avenanthramides boost both skin and overall health
Ingredients are simple and powerful: mugwort infused sea salt, colloidal oatmeal, yarrow flowers, whole milk and mugwort essential oil.
Directions: Can be used layer by layer or premixed all together first. Add a handful or two to a hot bath.
